I first got my start in beekeeping when I attended a beekeeping field trip at the age of 12.  I was fascinated by the bees and beekeeping and the following year started my first hive.  Since then I have been working to help other people start hives and give people the opportunity to learn about beekeeping. I studied Leadership, Ethics and Organizational Sustainability at St. Joe's University, in Philadelphia. Currently I manage about 120 hives at 60 different locations.
